  • In small skillet, whisk 2 tbsp. butter, the tomato paste and saffron over medium until fragrant, 3 to 4 minutes. In food processor, puree mixture with remaining ingredients and 1/4 tsp. salt. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fish, potatoes and other vegetables, or stir into pasta.
