- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and dried
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
- Red wine vinegar
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Chop the lettuce or tear it into bite-size pieces and place it in a salad bowl. Top the lettuce with the carrot. Give your rabbit half, then toss your portion with vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
