  • 1 cup cilantro sprigs
  • 1 1 inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus lime wedges for serving
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 8 ounces 1-inch-thick skinless halibut fillets
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees . Using a blender, puree 3/4 cup cilantro sprigs, the ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and honey.

Season the halibut with salt and pepper and arrange in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Pour the cilantro mixture on top and roast until the fish is opaque in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle the sesame oil over the fish; finely chop the remaining 1/4 cup cilantro and sprinkle on top. Serve with the lime wedges.
