- 2 cups mixed olives (with pits)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
Combine all ingredients in 2-qt. baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
