Roasted Broccoli with Shallots & Crushed Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 large shallot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • Large pinch crushed red pepper
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

In a baking dish, toss broccoli, shallot, EVOO, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees , tossing once, until tender, about 45 minutes. Season.
