- 3 tablespoons garlic mayonnaise
- 2 cups (packed) baby arugula
- Pinch of salt
- 12 1/2-inch-thick slices lightly toasted baguette
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- 3 tablespoons minced red onion
In food processor, puree garlic mayonnaise and baby arugula and salt. Spread onto baguette slices. Top each with 1/4 oz. slice roast beef, rolled up to form a rosette. Top with red onion and season with pepper.
