Ricotta and Herbs Bruschetta

Ingredients
- Whole-milk ricotta
- Whole milk
- Sliced country bread, grilled
- Fresh thyme and rosemary, chopped
- EVOO
- Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
Preparation
Using an electric mixer, whip fresh whole-milk ricotta cheese and a dash of whole milk until fluffy; spoon onto slices of grilled country bread and top with chopped fresh thyme and rosemary. Drizzle with EVOO and season with a sprinkling of sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
