Reuben-esque Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 lb. farfalle

Toss-Ins

  • 8 oz. chopped pastrami
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped half-sour pickles
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 2 tbsp. toasted caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Dressing

  • 1 cup store-bought Thousand Island dressing

Preparation

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain, then rinse under cold water. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl. Mix pasta with the toss-ins and the dressing.
