On a grill or grill pan, cook a turkey burger and two 1/3-inch slices sweet red apple, such as Mcintosh, 2 minutes per side. Place 1 grilled apple slice on a toasted whole-wheat bun bottom, top with cooked burger, the remaining grilled apple slice, a thin slice creamy blue cheese and the bun top.
