- 3 tablespoons finely ground espresso
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- A pinch sugar
- A pinch Kosher salt
- 1 1 1/2 pound flank steak, at room temperature
In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Brush steak with EVOO, sprinkle with rub and pat to adhere before grilling.
