Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 3/4 ounce gin
- 1/4 ounce Aperol
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce beaten pasteurized egg white
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce Champagne
- 3 pomegranate seeds
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake first 6 ingredients until chilled, then strain into a large coupe glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
