In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup thick tomato puree (such as Sclafani) with 1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. fine sea salt. Whisk until salt is dissolved. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
