Serve with skewers and garnish with sesame seeds. White sesame seeds work equally well here. Try the toasted variety for an added flavor boost.

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a saucepan, add cranberries, orange juice, 3 tbsp. water, the sugar, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until cranberries are jammy, about 8 minutes. Stir in butter until melted. In a medium bowl, whisk together miso, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. warm water. Add turkey, panko, scallions, and sesame seeds. Mix with hands until just combined. Form into 32 meatballs (about 2 inches). Place on a baking sheet; bake until cooked through, 12 minutes. Spread sauce on a platter and top with meatballs. Serve with skewers and garnish with more sesame seeds.
