  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high. Coat with cooking spray. Grill artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, and tomatoes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Alternating ingredients, skewer ciliegine, meats, artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, and tomatoes. Serve on a platter, arranged like a wreath. Garnish with herbs.
