- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 carrots, fnely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch carrot tops, coarsely chopped
Divide the alfalfa sprouts evenly among the lettuce leaves. Combine the rest of the vegetables and spoon them on top.
