  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce beaten pasteurized egg white
  • 1/2 ounce agave simple syrup
  • 1/4 ounce fresh orange juice


In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake all ingredients vigorously until cold and frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
