Radishes with Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- 2 teaspoons minced mint
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 bunches radishes (about 20) with greens
Preparation
In food processor, puree goat cheese and yogurt. Add chives, mint and lemon zest; pulse to combine. Season. Serve dip with whole radishes.
