- 1 quart stock or stock and pan drippings from turkey
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- A couple of tablespoons Worcestershire
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium. Whisk in pepper and flour, then the stock; simmer until thick enough to coat a spoon, about 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce to darken the gravy and enhance the flavor.
