  • In a large saucepan with a lid, bring the salsa, hominy, onions and 2/3 cup water to a simmer over medium-low. Stir in the pork and scallions; cover and simmer until the pork is heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with the sour cream, cilantro and lime.
