Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 3/4 pound red potatoes, sliced
  • 3 cups clam juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 pound cod fillets

Preparation

In pot, cook bacon over medium-high, 7 minutes. Let cool on plate; crumble. Cook leeks in drippings over medium, 4 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients; boil, then simmer 15 minutes. Add fish during last 5 minutes. Top with bacon.
