- 3 cups Guinness Draught (from two 14.9-oz. cans)
- 8 tsp. crème de cassis
- 3 cups Champagne or sparkling wine (from one 750 ml bottle)
Divide the Guinness among eight 8-oz. Champagne flutes; gently stir 1 tsp. cassis into each glass. Place a spoon inside 1 glass, rounded side up, so the spoon is above the liquid. Slowly pour 3 oz. Champagne over the spoon. Repeat with the other glasses.
