  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth


In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until browned, about 10 minutes.

Using a food processor, pulse the cooked chicken with the parsley and chicken broth until a thick paste forms. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
