- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 4 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon brewer's yeast
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
In a small bowl, crush the berries using the back of a wooden spoon.
In another small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and the brewer's yeast.
Make 2 sandwiches, layering crushed berries on top of the peanut butter mixture. Cut each into 4 pieces. (Or use a small cookie cutter-we dig bones!)
