Prosciutto-Wrapped Fennel with Balsamic Drizzle
Everything is better with prosciutto, and this is no exception.
Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. herbes de Provence
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 small bulbs fennel, each sliced lengthwise through core into 6 wedges
12 thin slices prosciutto (about 10 oz.), halved lengthwise
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Preparation
In bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. On baking sheet, brush mixture over fennel. Broil, turning once, until tender, 13 to 15 minutes; season. Let cool. Wrap fennel with prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
