  • Season chicken. Arrange 5 sage leaves on top of each breast and cover with 2 slices prosciutto, overlapping slightly and tucking edges under. In skillet, heat oil over medium-high; add chicken, prosciutto side down, and cook until crisp, 3 minutes. Flip chicken; add butter, remaining sage leaves and garlic. Cook, basting chicken with pan juices, about 2 minutes.
