Prosciutto & Pear Wraps


  • 2 pears, cored and trimmed then cut into 16 slices each
  • Soft goat cheese
  • Pepper
  • 8 slices prosciutto


Spread half the slices with 1 tsp. soft goat cheese, sprinkle with pepper, and top with remaining pear slices to form sandwiches. Wrap each with a thin slice prosciutto.
