Prosciutto, Fig & Blue Cheese Grilled Cheese
A little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of cheese.

Ingredients
Spread
4 tbsp. softened butter
Bread
8 slices rosemary ciabatta
Cheese
1/2 cup crumbled mild blue cheese (such as Maytag)
Etc.
4 slices prosciutto
3 tbsp. fig jam
Preparation
Heat a griddle or large cast-iron skillet over medium. Slather softened butter on one side of each slice of bread. Build sandwiches with the cheese, prosciutto, fig jam, and bread, spread-side facing out. Cook, turning once, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
