Prosciutto & Egg Toast

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 prosciutto
Preparation
In bowl, whisk milk and 2 eggs; coat bread in mixture. In skillet over medium, cook bread in 1 tbsp. butter until golden, 5 minutes per side. Transfer to platter; top with prosciutto. Fry 4 eggs in 1 tbsp. butter, 3 minutes. Divide among toasts; season.
