Pretzel Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 4 ounces crushed pretzels


In large bowl, toss chicken and flour. In small bowl, whisk egg and 2 tbsp. mustard. Dip chicken in egg then roll in pretzels. Bake at 425 degrees on parchment-lined baking sheet until cooked, turning once, 15 minutes. Season; serve with mustard.
