- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 4 ounces crushed pretzels
In large bowl, toss chicken and flour. In small bowl, whisk egg and 2 tbsp. mustard. Dip chicken in egg then roll in pretzels. Bake at 425 degrees on parchment-lined baking sheet until cooked, turning once, 15 minutes. Season; serve with mustard.
