Potato, Garlic and Rosemary Packets
Ingredients
- 1 medium red-skinned potato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Rosemary, minced
- Garlic, thinly sliced
- EVOO
Preparation
On a sheet of heavy-duty foil, place potato, rosemary and garlic; drizzle with EVOO and season. Crimp foil to seal. Cook on or in coals until tender, about 15 minutes.
