- 1 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush pork with EVOO; season with kosher salt and black pepper. Grill, turning once, until charred in spots, 5 to 6 minutes. If using gas grill, turn off the heat. If using charcoal, move the pork to cooler part of the grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 145 degrees , 12 to 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
