Pork & Plums with Ginger-Lime Glaze Kebab

  • EVOO
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Honey
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • Pork tenderloin, cubed
  • Lime wedges, halved
  • Plum wedges


Mix EVOO with fresh lime juice, honey and grated fresh ginger; season dressing. Thread skewers with pork tenderloin cubes, halved lime wedges and plum wedges. On a foil-lined Grill over medium-high, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked through and plums are charred in spots, 8 to 10 minutes. During last 3 minutes of grilling, brush with dressing.
