  • In bowl, combine pork, scallions, sriracha and 1 tsp. salt. Working with one wrapper at a time, moisten edges with water; spoon 1 tbsp. filling into center. Fold over diagonally and seal. In medium saucepan, heat oil over medium until shimmering. Fry wontons, turning once, until golden, 3 minutes; drain on paper towels. Serve with ponzu sauce.
