- 4 cups Braised Pork, thawed
- 4 large tostada shells
- 2 avocados -- halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- Store-bought pico de gallo
In a nonstick skillet, cook the pork, covered, over low until heated through, about 5 minutes. Top the tostada shells with the avocado, pork and pico de gallo.
