Pork & Avocado Tostadas

  • 4 cups Braised Pork, thawed
  • 4 large tostada shells
  • 2 avocados -- halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • Store-bought pico de gallo


In a nonstick skillet, cook the pork, covered, over low until heated through, about 5 minutes. Top the tostada shells with the avocado, pork and pico de gallo.
