Popcorn Ball

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 - 10 cups popped popcorn


Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil over medium-high. Reduce heat to medium; cook until mixture registers 260 degrees F on a candy thermometer, about 5 minutes. Drizzle over popcorn. Toss with a fork; let sit 1 minute. Using oiled hands, press into balls.
