Make Polenta Bolognese with turkey meatballs for an excellent supper shortcut.
In pot, cook Herbed Turkey Meatballs, tomatoes, garlic and 1/4 cup water over medium, stirring, until heated through, 10 minutes; add 1 tbsp. EVOO. Prepare polenta according to package directions. Stir in 1 oz. cheese; season. In bowl, toss spinach with remaining 2 tbsp. EVOO and lemon juice. Divide polenta and bolognese among bowls; top with remaining 2 oz. cheese. Serve salad on the side.
