- 4 plums, quartered
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 6 ladyfingers, broken into pieces
In baking dish, toss first 3 ingredients with 1/4 tsp. salt. Bake at 400 degrees until plums are tender, 20 minutes. Strain juices into skillet; boil until thickened, 8 minutes. In bowls, layer mascarpone, ladyfingers and plums; drizzle with syrup.
