- 2 pounds plums, preferably assorted colors, pitted and very thinly sliced into rounds
- 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
- Small fresh mint leaves
- EVOO and honey, for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Place the plums on a platter and sprinkle with the cheese, shallot and mint. Drizzle with the EVOO and honey. Season with the sea salt and some black pepper.
