- 8 ounces pizza dough
- 2 teaspoons EVOO
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/3 cup ricotta
- 1 hot Italian sausage, casing removed
Stretch dough into 10-inch round; transfer to baking sheet. Brush with EVOO; top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 500° until bottom of crust is golden, 15 minutes.
