- 4 cups pineapple chunks, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 6 tablespoons agave syrup or simple syrup
- 1/2 cup tequila (optional)
- Lime wedges for garnish
In blender, puree half the pineapple, lime juice and 3/4 cup water; strain into pitcher. Repeat. Stir in agave syrup and tequila, if using. Pour over ice and garnish with pineapple chunks and lime wedges.
