  • In large skillet, cook onion, mushrooms and garlic in oil over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 10 minutes. Stir in Wine-Braised Brisket and juices; cook until hot, about 2 minutes. Top bread with brisket mixture and cheese. Broil to melt cheese, 1 to 2 minutes.
