Pesto Tabbouleh

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/4 cups parsley leaves
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked bulgur
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
In food processor, mince garlic; add herbs, EVOO and salt. Pulse to mince. Mix bulgur, herb mixture, scallions and lemon juice.
