Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds top sirloin, cut into 36 one-inch cubes
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 one-inch cubes rustic bread
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated pesto

Preparation

Using 12 skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before cooking), alternately thread 3 meat cubes, 2 tomatoes and 2 bread cubes; season. Brush with pesto. Grill over medium-high, turning occasionally, until grill-marked, 8 to 10 minutes.
