Pesto-Prosciutto Sandwiches

  • 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • Store-bought pesto
  • Prosciutto slices


Cut puff pastry into 3 strips, then cut crosswise into 6 rectangles. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then split. Spread the bottoms with pesto, top with prosciutto and cover with the pastry tops.
