Pesto & Mozzarella Flatbread

- 1 whole-grain flatbread
- 3 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella
- A pinch crushed red pepper
Preparation
Spread pesto on flatbread; sprinkle with cheese. Broil until browned, about 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and cut into wedges.
