Pepper & Apple Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Green Cabbage Coleslaw
- 1 pound red cabbage
- 1 gala apple
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Preparation
Cook Green Cabbage Coleslaw.
Substitute half of the green cabbage with red cabbage; omit the carrots and caraway seeds. Coarsely shred 1 gala apple and thinly slice 1 green and 1 red bell pepper; stir into the cabbage. When making the dressing, use cider vinegar instead of white vinegar.
