- 2 ounces pear puree (simmer 2 peeled, cored, chopped pears with 1/4 cups water until soft, then puree; makes 8 oz.)
- 1 ounce rum
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce vanilla-agave simple syrup
- 1 1/4 ounces prosecco
- Pear slice
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir first 4 ingredients. Strain into a chilled flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with pear slice.
