Pear-Cranberry Butter

Ingredients
- 2 pears–peeled, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch ground cloves
Preparation
Combine all ingredients; microwave, covered, 5 minutes. Uncover, mash, then microwave, stirring, until thick, 7 minutes. Let cool. Cover; chill until firm.
