Ingredients

  • 2 pears–peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch ground cloves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; microwave, covered, 5 minutes. Uncover, mash, then microwave, stirring, until thick, 7 minutes. Let cool. Cover; chill until firm.
