Ingredients

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Preparation

In bowl, beat first 5 ingredients; drop by teaspoonful into foil-lined loaf pan. In pot, simmer chocolate with cream, whisking until smooth. Pour into pan. Chill until firm, 4 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
