Peanut-Butter Crepes

- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- Peanut butter, for spreading
Preparation
Blend 2 eggs, 1/2 cups milk and 3/4 cup flour. Pour 1/3 cup batter into a buttered nonstick pan and cook over medium-high heat for about a minute on each side. Spread peanut butter on each crepe and fold twice.
